Gin:
The Hunter Distillery’s Copperwave Gin, is distilled in the traditional London Gin method, but with one major exception. To ensure the absolute balance of the 11+ botanicals, the botanicals are distilled separately in flavour groups, then the various components are blended as would a fine wine be blended. Their Native Gin, a fine distilled gin made using juniper berries, coriander, finger lime, lilly pilly, Kakadu plum and cinnamon myrtle is fantastic.
Vodka:
When visiting the Hunter Distillery, some of the vodka varieties include, Apple Vodka which is a blend of Australian Granny Smith apples, and their premium organic vodka.
Other varieties of Vodka that are available includes Chilli Vodka which is a pure extraction of extra hot Thai Chilli. Coffee Vodka being a rare combination of cold extract coffee and organic vodka, Lime Vodka, a refreshing citrus lime, perfect for those who love vodka, lime & soda, Vanilla Vodka a rare blend of Malaysian vanilla beans with their premium organic vodka.
Schnapps:
Whilst at the Hunter Distillery, you may want to try their range of famous Schnapps like the Blackberry Schnapps, a classic blackberry fruit schnapps, combining good fruit acid and overall sweetness. Their Chilli Schnapps is a unique fusion of hot Thai chilli and a touch of butterscotch sweetness.
Liqueurs:
Some varieties of liqueurs available include Choc Orange Liqueur which is a beautiful ‘jaffa’ flavoured dessert liqueur, Ginger Liqueur prepared with the Finest Australian Natural Ginger, Honeydew Melon Liqueur with its tropical aroma and refreshing taste of pure Honeydew Melon, Lychee Liqueur a stunning Lychee Liqueur, Passionfruit Liqueur a delicious tropical with a refreshing tang at the end and Turkish Delight Liqueur an exquisite rosewater flavoured liqueur.
